Terms of Service (General)

Because I Admire ("we", "our", or "the Operator") sets forth the following Terms of Service governing the use of all applications, web services, and related services provided by us (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the Operator and users regarding the use of the Service. These Terms also apply to services currently provided and any services that may be provided in the future.

Article 2 (User Registration)

Users shall register for the Service in accordance with the methods prescribed by the Operator. The Operator may refuse or revoke registration if the registration information is false, if the user has previously violated these Terms, or if the Operator otherwise deems the registration inappropriate.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

• Defamation, harassment, threats, discrimination, or violent expressions
• Posting obscene, excessively cruel, or offensive content
• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Infringement of copyrights, portrait rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights
• Impersonation or posting false information
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interference with service operations
• Fraudulent use through unintended methods of the Service
• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Operator

Article 4 (User-Generated Content)

Users may post images, illustrations, pixel art, text, comments, and other content ("User Content") through the Service. Users are solely responsible for their User Content. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, appropriateness, or non-infringement of third-party rights of any User Content.

Article 5 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)

Users warrant that they own the necessary rights or have obtained proper permissions for their User Content. Any disputes arising between users and third parties regarding User Content shall be resolved at the user's own responsibility and expense, and the Operator assumes no liability.

All copyrights related to the Service, including systems, UI, designs, logos, and text, belong to the Operator or legitimate rights holders.

Article 6 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

The Operator shall not be involved in or liable for any disputes, claims, or troubles arising between users or between users and third parties. The Operator generally assumes no responsibility for issues such as copyright infringement, defamation, or privacy violations arising from User Content. The Operator does not guarantee the completeness, usefulness, or accuracy of the Service.

Article 7 (Content Removal and Account Restrictions)

If the Operator determines that a user has violated these Terms, the Operator may remove or hide User Content, suspend, or delete the user's account without prior notice.

Article 8 (Modification or Termination of the Service)

The Operator may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice to users.

Article 9 (Data and Account Handling)

If a user ceases to use the Service, the Operator may delete or disable the user's account and related data. The Operator does not guarantee the storage or backup of any data.

Article 10 (Amendments to the Terms)

The Operator may amend these Terms when deemed necessary. Revised Terms shall take effect upon publication within the Service or on this website.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
