Request deletion of feedback data
Information Stored
The app stores alarm settings, sound settings, and sleep mode settings on your device. We do not directly collect personal information such as your name or address unless you contact us.
Advertising
The app may use Google AdMob to display ads. Google’s ads SDK may collect and share device identifiers such as advertising IDs, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, ad and app interactions, and diagnostics such as crash and performance data. This information may be used for ad delivery and measurement, usage analytics, fraud prevention, and improving app quality. See Google’s advertising policies for details.
Video and Audio Files
Videos and audio files selected by users are processed on the device to create sounds. We do not collect the contents of those files.
In-App Feedback and Bug Reports
When you open the in-app feedback feature, Firebase Authentication assigns an anonymous user identifier to associate your inquiry history with your device. Messages and replies are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. For bug reports, the app also sends its app and build version, operating system version, device model, language, time zone, and alarm and notification permission status. We use this information to respond to inquiries and investigate bugs. The information is stored in the cloud and is not deleted when you uninstall the app. If you clear app data or reinstall the app, you may lose access to your previous inquiry history.
Retention and Deletion
We retain the anonymous identifier, inquiry messages, replies, and bug report diagnostics until you request their deletion. To request deletion, send a message from the relevant inquiry in the app so we can identify its anonymous account. If you can no longer access that inquiry, email becauseiadmire@gmail.com with the approximate submission date and message details. We will use this information to locate the records and may ask for more details if we cannot identify them. Once identified, we delete the associated feedback records and anonymous Firebase account. Uninstalling the app alone does not send a deletion request.
